Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy: Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service fee. No-shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a full charge of the service fee. 2. Refund Policy: Service Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please let us know before leaving the barbershop. We will offer a complimentary correction or a partial refund, depending on the issue. We understand that emergencies happen. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you without any penalties.
